Absolutely amazing service!

Absolutely amazing service! We were ghosted by another company so I reached out to my network and was encouraged to call Secure On-Site Shredding. Tyler answered the phone. He was beyond polite, helpful and reassuring that they could support our needs. We were up against a wall at that point, but he handled everything for us with kindness, expediency, and the best communication. We will definitely use them again!!

Kathryn Has Been Amazing to Work With During Our Move Project

Kathryn has been amazing to work with during our move project. She knows her business, is passionate about her company, and works to get you the services you need. She sent Johnny to us last week and he was amazing as well. Helped me get my life together so that we could get to the pallets and he had 3 pallets shredded so quickly I couldn't believe it. We're working on using them again next week!

I Used Secure On-Site Shredding for the First Time Today

I used Secure On-Site Shredding for the first time today. The scheduling was easy and I received an estimate for the work before committing. The workers were were on time, very professional, hard working and efficient. In just one hour, they securely shredded 14 file cabinets plus many more boxes of filing. I would highly recommend this company.

I Went to FedEx With About 72 Pounds of Paper

I went to FedEx with about 72 pounds of paper and they wanted to hold my papers in a bend until a shredding company come to pick it up for $107. I called Secure On-Site Shredding and they told me it’ll be between $35-45. Got here and I watched them shred my papers and they only charged me $30. Super fast about 2 minutes tops. They were super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back to them. Thank you

I Took Years of Personal Shred Items to Secure On-Site Shredding

I took years of personal shred items to Secure On-Site Shredding on recommendation of a friend and based on their process and reviews. I was excited that I could actually watch their equipment at work. I must say, it was impressive and the service was prompt, friendly, and super easy! I have peace of mind knowing the items were properly destroyed. It was a bonus that this is a woman-owned business! I highly recommend them for your personal or professional shredding needs and will use them again!

My Sister & I Had Personal Documents

My sister & I had personal documents that needed to be disposed. We found the Secure On-Site Shredding in Richardson and are glad we did. The customer service was very friendly and very accommodating towards my sister since she is late in her years. They shredded the bulk load of documents we had and let us watch for our own personal security. We really were glad we went.

I Recommend This Place!!

I recommend this place!! Katherine was very responsive and flexible, and the service was fast and easy. The price is comparable to UPS or other providers who will sit your paper in a bin for who knows how long before the shredding company comes to do the work.

At Secure On-Site Shredding, I received assistance unloading my paper from boxes into the bin. They shredded it right then and there (you can watch the whole process) AND they provide a certificate of destruction. I highly recommend this business!! 5 stars!!

Tyler Went Above and Beyond to Meet Our Company’s Needs

Tyler went above and beyond to meet our company’s needs! We talked over the course of two days and decided on something that would mutually benefit both of us! He and his team were on time and extremely efficient. We needed both license plates and paper shredding, and Tyler had the equipment to do both separately. I can’t thank Tyler and his team enough for the quick, constant communication, great price, and superior customer service! We will be using Secure On-Site Shredding from now on!
